Warranty Issues

hoff.ae offer up to  (1) year warranty on their MAIN medical equipment machines units against manufacturing defects. If you feel that the product you received has a manufacturer defect, please contact us as soon as you can at  (info@hoff.ae)

We assume that all machines used if opened and if usage  warranty decisions for repair or replacement are made by solely by the manufacturer.

All main medical machines that experiencing functional issues and passed manufacturer warranty period may be able to be repaired by the manufacturer or by hoff.ae. This policy varies by manufacturer with a diagnostic fee that varies and is determined by the manufacture.

International Orders

​

We accept international orders but the customer is responsible for determining, managing and paying any and all taxes (please contact us to determine the delivery fee for orders outside UAE.

We will apply Warranties on all machines purchased from hoff.ae however we will charge the customer all shipping fees related to returning an item for repair and all shipping fees for sending machine(s) back to the customer.
